Whatever your wi-fi requirements we have an option for you. Whether you’re attending a show and simply want to browse the web or you’re an organiser who needs a secure full-site package for your delegates, we can handle it. Our system is designed to cope with up to 15,000 users simultaneously.

Complimentary Service

Everyone coming to Harrogate Convention Centre has access to our free wi-fi service. No need for sign-up or passwords, just connect and accept our T&Cs and you’re ready to browse the web or keep up to date with your social media. Look for ‘Venue Wifi' on your connections list. Please note this service is not suitable for heavy downloads or streaming.

Premium Voucher System

This secured service is ideal for individuals who need more from their wi-fi while at Harrogate Convention Centre. With 4MB bandwidth per user this service can handle email, downloads, streaming and internet browsing. A great option if you’re an exhibitor relying on the internet for a card payment system or video streaming.

Whole site wireless

This option is for organisers who want to offer their delegates an exclusive, secure connection across the whole site. Choose from 1MB to 20MB bandwidth per person and make sure your delegates have everything they need to keep them connected throughout your event.

All of the above services run on an individual network (VLAN) for the security of our visitors.
